La llamada casa natal de Lutero es un edificio memorial en la ciudad de Lutero Eisleben para el reformador cristiano Martín Lutero, que se dice que nació en este lugar el 10 de noviembre de 1483. Construido en 1693, es uno de los museos más antiguos de Alemania y desde 1996 es Patrimonio de la Humanidad de la UNESCO. Se encuentra en Lutherstraße 16. El nombre histórico de Lutherstraße fue Lange Gasse hasta 1872.
Martín Lutero vivió como bebé solo las primeras semanas en Eisleben. Sus padres estaban de paso de Möhra a Mansfeld, donde su padre quería trabajar como maestro de la mina. A pesar de su corta estancia, Martín Lutero se sintió toda su vida profundamente conectado con su ciudad natal, Eisleben, y el lugar de su bautismo. Aunque nunca vivió aquí de forma permanente, siempre visitó la ciudad, la última vez en 1546, cuando quería mediar en una disputa entre los condes de Mansfeld, pero falleció el 18 de febrero.
