La estación de tren de Wrist es una estación de pasajeros en el centro de la localidad de Wrist, en la línea de tren Hamburgo-Altona–Kiel, así como en la línea de tren desactivada Wrist–Itzehoe. La estación es utilizada principalmente por viajeros pendulares. Casi 500,000 pasajeros utilizan la estación de Wrist al año. Al sur de la estación hay numerosos aparcamientos disponibles, y en la plaza de la estación circulan algunas líneas de autobús.
