La Neptun Werft GmbH & Co. KG es un astillero alemán, fundado en 1850, ubicado en Rostock a orillas del Warnow, que desde 1997 forma parte del grupo Meyer-Neptun.
Fundada en 1850 como "Astillero y fábrica de máquinas de Wilhelm Zeltz y Albrecht Tischbein", fue transformada en 1890 bajo la dirección de Henry Eugen Johns en la sociedad anónima "Neptun" astillero y fábrica de máquinas en Rostock. Bajo el sucesor de Johns, el joven director Gerhard Barg, se expandió considerablemente. Se construyeron más de 1500 barcos nuevos, y se repararon y remodelaron aún más. El primer barco de vapor de tornillo de hierro de Alemania, el Erbgroßherzog Friedrich Franz, fue botado en 1851.
