La Karl-Liebknecht-Straße en Berlín es una de las principales arterias de tráfico en el distrito de Mitte, alrededor de Alexanderplatz. Comienza en la Catedral de Berlín detrás del puente Liebknecht sobre el Spree y se extiende hacia el noreste hasta la intersección de Torstraße/Mollstraße, donde se convierte en Prenzlauer Allee. Más de la mitad de los aproximadamente 1,2 kilómetros de la calle forma parte de las dos carreteras federales B 2 y B 5, que juntas conducen desde la Puerta de Brandeburgo, pasando por el bulevar Unter den Linden, la Plaza del Castillo y la Karl-Liebknecht-Straße hasta Alexanderplatz.
La Kaiser-Wilhelm-Straße, que se encontraba en el sector soviético después del final de la guerra, fue renombrada en 1947 en honor a Karl Liebknecht, cofundador del Partido Comunista de Alemania, inicialmente a Liebknechtstraße. Tras la remodelación de Alexanderplatz con la torre de televisión vecina, en 1969 el magistrado de Berlín, capital de la RDA, cambió el nombre a Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. En ella se encuentran algunos edificios históricos y modernos emblemáticos de Berlín.
