La estación de metro Osthafen, hasta 1924 Stralauer Tor, era una estación elevada en el distrito berlinés de Friedrichshain. Se construyó en el extremo noreste del puente Oberbaum, que cruza el Spree, como una de las primeras estaciones del metro de Berlín y se encontraba a 320 metros de la actual estación Warschauer Straße y a 470 metros de la estación Schlesisches Tor. Durante los bombardeos aéreos de los Aliados en la Segunda Guerra Mundial, la estación de metro Osthafen fue completamente destruida y no fue reconstruida. Hoy en día, solo se pueden ver los soportes en el viaducto elevado de la Warschauer Straße.
La historia del metro de Berlín está estrechamente relacionada con la estación Stralauer Thor. Tras la primera palada el 10 de septiembre de 1896, los trabajos avanzaron con relativa rapidez, de modo que la parte oriental entre Stralauer Thor y Potsdamer Platz de la nueva "línea eléctrica elevada y subterránea" se pudo inaugurar el 18 de febrero de 1902. Así, la estación representa uno de los puntos de partida de la historia del metro de Berlín.
