La sinagoga de Herford es la sede de la actual comunidad judía de Herford-Detmold. La sinagoga actual fue reconstruida 72 años después de la destrucción durante los pogromos de noviembre de 1938 en el lugar de la sinagoga original en la Komturstraße en la Neustadt de Herford. Fue inaugurada el 14 de marzo de 2010, en la ceremonia participaron, entre otros, Charlotte Knobloch, presidenta del Consejo Central de Judíos en Alemania, y Jürgen Rüttgers, primer ministro del estado de Renania del Norte-Westfalia.
