El mundo de los ferrocarriles en miniatura de Oberhausen fue una exposición permanente de ferrocarriles en miniatura en la "Nueva Mitte Oberhausen", directamente en la marina Heinz-Schleußer, al este del terreno del CentrO, junto a la autopista 42. La instalación fue abierta al público el 1 de agosto de 2008 y mostró en 420 m² de superficie de exhibición motivos de la región del Ruhr de la época de 1965 a 1970. En el edificio, hubo un museo de espionaje TOP SECRET desde abril de 2012 hasta mayo de 2015.
