El punto de parada Gladbeck Ost es una antigua estación en la línea ferroviaria Winterswijk–Gelsenkirchen-Bismarck, que hasta la década de 1980 contaba con varias conexiones de vía, entre ellas con la mina Graf Moltke. El actual punto de parada es uno de tres paradas de transporte ferroviario en Gladbeck y se encuentra al este del centro de la ciudad. Las otras dos paradas de transporte ferroviario son Gladbeck West y Gladbeck-Zweckel.
