La estación principal de tren de Rostock es la estación principal de la ciudad hanseática de Mecklenburg, Rostock, y la mayor estación de tren de pasajeros en Mecklenburg-Pomerania Occidental.
La estación se encuentra en el suroeste del barrio de Steintor, a unos quince minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad. La estación está conectada al transporte público de la ciudad a través de líneas de tranvía, líneas de autobús y el S-Bahn de Rostock. Junto a la puerta sur se encuentra la estación central de autobuses de Rostock.
