La estación de tren Berlin-Nikolassee es una estación de la S-Bahn de Berlín. Se encuentra en el distrito de Nikolassee del distrito de Steglitz-Zehlendorf. La estación consta de dos paradas operativamente independientes. En el directorio de estaciones, la plataforma de la línea Wannseebahn se designa como NIW, mientras que la plataforma de la línea de la ciudad ampliada se designa como NIS. Aquí paran las líneas S-Bahn S1 y S7.
La iniciativa para la construcción de la estación fue asumida por la sociedad de terrenos Heimstätten AG, que quería desarrollar la colonia de villas de Nikolassee. La estación fue de gran importancia para el éxito de la fundación del suburbio de villas. Por ello, también se construyó un edificio de recepción sobresaliente para la época, diseñado por Fritz Bräuning y Paul Vogler.
