Villa Marlier es una casa de campo situada cerca del Großer Wannsee, un lago al suroeste de Berlín. La casa es conocida por la Conferencia de Wannsee organizada por la SS en 1942. Después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, la villa pasó a ser conocida como Villa Wannsee.
La villa fue construida en 1914-15 para el empresario Ernst Marlier. La casa, con una superficie habitable de 1500 m² y un jardín tipo parque de 30,000 m², fue diseñada por Paul Baumgarten, un alumno de Alfred Messel. Ernst Marlier y su esposa vivieron en el Wannsee solo unos pocos años. El 6 de septiembre de 1921, vendió la casa a una firma del industrial Friedrich Minoux.
