Las instituciones de curación Hohenlychen fueron un complejo de centros de tratamiento en Lychen/Brandenburgo, que existieron desde 1902 hasta 1945.
Tras el descubrimiento del bacilo de la tuberculosis y el tratamiento desarrollado por médicos para combatir la infección, que requería mucha luz solar, aire limpio, una dieta equilibrada y suficiente ejercicio, Gotthold Pannwitz adquirió en 1902 más de diez acres de tierra de la ciudad de Lychen y construyó allí un sanatorio para niños. Estas instituciones fueron financiadas en su mayoría por donaciones y mantenidas por la Cruz Roja Alemana. Temporalmente, se usaron de forma experimental entre 20 y 30 camas durante tres meses en verano. En pocos años, el número de camas aumentó a 500 en verano y 300 camas en funcionamiento invernal. También se inauguró un sanatorio para mujeres.
