Zesch am See es una parte del municipio de Lindenbrück, un distrito de la ciudad de Zossen en el distrito de Teltow-Fläming. Antes de la incorporación en 1974 a Lindenbrück, el lugar era un municipio independiente y originalmente pertenecía a la señoría de Baruth.
Zesch am See se encuentra en el extremo sureste del área urbana de Zossen, entre el Gran y el Pequeño Zeschsee. La superficie del área es de 252 ha. Limita al este con Neuendorf y Egsdorf, ambos municipios son distritos de la ciudad de Teupitz, y al sur con Mückendorf, un distrito de la ciudad de Baruth/Mark.
