La cueva de piedras de molino es una cueva artificial en la Vulkaneifel, Renania-Palatinado. Se formó a partir de la fabricación de piedras de molino de una pared de roca volcánica.
La cueva de piedras de molino se encuentra en la cima del Nerother Kopf, una colina boscosa de origen volcánico al este de Neroth. La entrada se sitúa justo por debajo de la ruina del castillo Freudenkoppe a una altitud de aproximadamente 640 m y se puede acceder a ella a través de un sendero. La cueva tiene 18 metros de profundidad y su bóveda alcanza hasta diez metros de altura. Es transitable, aunque no está iluminada.
