El FC Bayern Alzenau es un equipo de fútbol de Alemania que juega en la Hessenliga, una de las ligas regionales que conforman la quinta división de fútbol en el país.
Fue fundado el 27 de marzo de 1920 en la ciudad de Alzenau del estado de Baviera con el nombre Alzenauer FC hasta que en 1922 se fusiona con la sección de fútbol del TuS Alzenau y pasa a tener su nombre actual.
