El castillo de Dohna, también llamado Donin, en el camino hacia Bohemia, fue la fortaleza familiar de los condes de Dohna. De la antigua y una vez majestuosa doble fortaleza, solo queda un pequeño resto de murallas. El resto del castillo de la antigua fortaleza se encuentra en el Schlossberg a 155 m sobre el nivel del mar, cerca del desarrollo posterior en la ciudad homónima de Dohna, en el distrito de Suiza Sajona-Montes de Erzgebirge en Sajonia.
La zona alrededor del Schlossberg ya era un área de asentamiento de grupos tribales eslavos occidentales en la época temprana de la Edad Media. El nombre del asentamiento correspondiente era Donin. Se dice que de ella proviene el nombre del castillo, originalmente eslavo.
