Speichrow es una parroquia del municipio de Schwielochsee en el distrito de Dahme-Spreewald. Speichrow fue una parroquia independiente hasta la fusión con cinco otras parroquias para formar el nuevo municipio de Schwielochsee en 2003. Junto con Niewisch y Pieskow, fue una de las tres llamadas "aldeas de agua" en la época moderna.
Speichrow se encuentra aproximadamente a 8,5 km al suroeste de Friedland, a casi 6 km al oeste de Lieberose y a alrededor de 25 km al noreste de Lübben. La comarca abarca el Schwielochsee de 1106 ha. Limita al norte con Leißnitz, al este con Niewisch y Pieskow, al este y sureste con Doberburg, al sur con Jessern, al suroeste con Goyatz y al oeste con Ressen-Zaue y Trebatsch. El lugar está conectado a través de la L 441, que se desvía de la B 168 en dirección a Möllen, Niewisch, Pieskow y Speichrow, y continúa pasando por Jessern hacia Goyatz, donde termina en la B 320.
