La comunidad administrativa de Mittleres Schwarzatal en el distrito de Saalfeld-Rudolstadt en Turingia era una asociación municipal en la que estaban unidas 12 municipalidades. El centro administrativo se encontraba en Sitzendorf.
El 1 de enero de 2019, la asociación se fusionó con la comunidad administrativa de Bergbahnregion/Schwarzatal para formar la actual comunidad administrativa de Schwarzatal, con la excepción de las municipalidades de Dröbischau y Oberhain, que se fusionaron con Königsee-Rottenbach para formar la municipalidad de Königsee.
