Hernán-Pérez es un municipio español, en la provincia de Cáceres, comunidad autónoma de Extremadura. Se encuentra situado en la mancomunidad de Sierra de Gata y pertenece al partido judicial de Coria.La actividad principal es la agricultura olivarera siendo la empresa más destacada la Cooperativa de 1.er Grado "San Sebastián". Cuenta con una de las producciones más importantes de la zona, que asciende a una media anual aproximada de unos 2,3 millones de kg. de aceitunas de la variedad Manzanilla Verde Cacereña.
