Cobeña es un municipio y localidad española de la Comunidad de Madrid, perteneciente a la unidad paisajística de La Campiña, situada al lado de Ajalvir. Cuenta con una población de 7444 habitantes . La localidad fue fundada por los musulmanes, alrededor del siglo X, aunque ya había población allí desde época romana.
