Haro es una ciudad y municipio español, situado al noroeste de la comunidad autónoma de La Rioja, siendo cabecera de su comarca homónima y la localidad más importante de la Rioja Alta. Linda con la provincia de Burgos por los Montes Obarenes al norte y con Álava por el Ebro al este. Su población asciende a 11 557 habitantes según el censo del INE de 2020.
