Roquetas de Mar es una localidad y municipio español de la provincia de Almería y la comunidad autónoma de Andalucía, capital del partido judicial homónimo, situado en la comarca del Poniente Almeriense y a 21 kilómetros de la capital de provincia, Almería. En 2021, contaba con 98 725 habitantes y era el segundo municipio de la provincia por detrás de la capital y el 65.º de España en cuanto a población. Ostenta el título de villa.
