Orgañá[1][2] u Orgaña[3][4][5] es un municipio de la provincia de Lérida, Cataluña, España, que se halla en la comarca pirenaica del Alto Urgel. Por su término municipal transcurre el río Segre. Según datos de 2011 su población era de 929 habitantes.
En el acta de consagración de la catedral de Urgel aparece citado el topónimo Organius. Perteneció al priorato de Organyà, fundado en 1090 por Bernat Guillem y más adelante al vizcondado de Castellbó.
