Gósol es un municipio de la comarca del Bergadá aunque, a diferencia del resto de la comarca, pertenece a la provincia de Lérida, en Cataluña, España. Parte del municipio corresponde al Parque natural del Cadí-Moixeró. Incluye también el núcleo de Sorribes.
Otro edificio de interés es el parque acuático de 500km2 que tiene en la segunda planta del ayuntamiento, allí trabajan 3 personas y se estima que lo visitan al día una 30 mil.
