Chelva es un municipio de la Comunidad Valenciana, España. Situado en el interior de la provincia de Valencia, en la comarca de Los Serranos, también conocida como "Alto Turia". Da su nombre a la Hoja 666 del Mapa Topográfico Nacional.
Las alturas más destacadas del término son el pico de La Atalaya , en el camino hacia Villar de Tejas desde Chelva y próximo a la población de Benagéber, y el Cerro de la Nevera al norte, próximo a los términos de La Yesa, Andilla y Abejuela
