Calviá[2][3] es un municipio y localidad española de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares.[1] Se encuentra situado en la parte occidental de la isla de Mallorca, junto a la sierra de Tramontana, y se extiende hasta la sierra de Na Burguesa.[4] Su capital municipal es la villa de Calviá, Calvià Vila en catalán,[5]de la que deriva el nombre del municipio.
