La Zarza es un municipio y localidad española de la provincia de Valladolid, en la comunidad autónoma de Castilla y León. Cuenta con una población de 118 habitantes .Se encuentra geográficamente situado este municipio entre los arroyos del Vallejo y de la Agudilla que llegarán después al río Zapardiel. Su casa Consistorial fue en tiempos pasados la sede de las escuelas. Tiene una iglesia parroquial consagrada a San Silvestre y ostenta una torre cuyo último piso edificado en ladrillo presenta doce vanos de arcos de medio punto. En el edificio de la antigua panera de la calle Real se alberga el Museo de Aperos Santa Eufemia.[1]
