La iglesia de Santa María Reina se encuentra en el barrio de Pedralbes, en el Distrito de Les Corts de Barcelona. Es obra del arquitecto y paisajista Nicolás María Rubió Tudurí, que la diseñó en estilo neorrenacentista, con una fuerte influencia brunelleschiana. Fue construida entre 1922 y 1936, como una filial del Monasterio de Montserrat, por lo que inicialmente se llamó iglesia de Santa María de Montserrat de Pedralbes.
