La diócesis de Tuy-Vigo es una demarcación territorial católica de las diócesis españolas. Tiene su sede en la catedral de Tuy y, desde 1959, una segunda sede en Vigo , siendo su concatedral la colegiata de Santa María de Vigo.
La sede episcopal de Tuy se remonta a la época romana; fundada por San Pedro de Rates, discípulo de Santiago Apóstol, según tradición. Como las demás diócesis gallegas , se localiza Tuy junto al río Miño, que forma la ribera sagrada , de tanta influencia en la historia de Galicia, eminentemente eclesiástica y con una rica vida monástica que realiza la cultura y el arte gallegos.
