El Ministerio de Marina fue el departamento ministerial encargado de la Armada en España, y existió en varias épocas de la historia, la última entre 1939 y 1977.
Procedente del Despacho de Marina, que modificó su denominación mediante el Real Decreto de 20 de septiembre de 1851, fue dos veces eliminado; sería restaurado por el general Franco al finalizar la Guerra Civil Española en 1939 por Ley de 8 de agosto de 1939, cuya organización y funciones quedaron delimitadas por Decreto de 1 de septiembre de 1939.
