La M-30 es una vía de circunvalación, con características de autopista que rodea el centro de la ciudad de Madrid, capital de España.Tiene una longitud de 32,5 km con un radio medio de 5,17 km con respecto a la puerta del Sol y una intensidad de circulación media de 304.423 vehículos diarios, lo que la convierte en la vía más transitada de España. Tiene la particularidad de que es la única autopista española de la que es titular un ayuntamiento.
