Torrenueva Costa es una localidad y municipio español de la provincia de Granada, en la comunidad autónoma de Andalucía. Está situada en la parte central de la comarca de la Costa Granadina.[1] Como emplazamiento eminentemente turístico, sus playas son pobladas por numerosos bañistas de muy diversa procedencia —principalmente del resto de la provincia granadina, de Jaén y de Madrid— durante los meses de verano. En temporada baja la población local es muy reducida.
