Grasse , es una localidad y comuna francesa, situada en el departamento Alpes-Marítimos, del cual es una de sus subprefecturas, en la región de Provenza-Alpes-Costa Azul.
Grasse, capital de la región de la Provenza Oriental, destaca como centro mundial de la industria dedicada a la elaboración de perfumes y fragancias.[6] La localidad de Grasse sirve de escenario de gran parte de la novela El perfume, de Patrick Süskind.
