Rouffignac-Saint-Cernin-de-Reilhac es una población y comuna francesa, situada en la región de Aquitania, departamento de Dordoña, en el distrito de Sarlat-la-Canéda y cantón de Montignac.
La ciudad fue arrasada por los alemanes en marzo de 1944, quedando como únicos edificios la iglesia y la casa aneja. La destrucción fue causada debido a que dos oficiales alemanes fueron capturados por la Resistencia Francesa durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Los cautivos no fueron lesionados, pero escaparon y regresaron a la ciudad en busca de venganza. No se mató a nadie durante la destrucción pero se aludió a una violación y muchas familias particulares vieron todas sus posesiones saqueadas por el ejército alemán.
