Trévou-Tréguignec es una población y comuna francesa, situada en la región de Bretaña, departamento de Côtes-d'Armor, en el distrito de Lannion y cantón de Perros-Guirec.
La Comuna de Trévou-Tréguignec (bretonismo: « Trev», "un pequeño pedazo de tierra" y « Tréguignec», "localidad" se localiza en un valle que termina en la playa de Trestel: una playa grande que tiene arena muy blanca. A su lado Oeste se encuentra la villa de Trevou y a su lado Este se ubica Tréguignec. En el valle podemos encontrar el castillo de Bisrou rodeado por muchas pequeñas lagunas y un hermoso bosque. En la costa de este pueblito podemos encontrar muchos tipos de piedras. El litoral del pueblo se extiende desde el puerto de Le Groff hasta los límites de Trélévern pasando por el puerto de Royau antes de llegar a las dunas de Port-Blanc.
