Béthune es un municipio de Francia situado en el departamento de Paso de Calais y en la región de Norte-Paso de Calais.
Tiene una magnífica plaza, todavía adoquinada, alrededor de la que los comercios y cafés dan vida a la ciudad. En su centro, con 33 metros de alto y 133 escalones, se alza orgullosamente el beffroi, la torre o campanario civil que vela todavía sobre los habitantes. Su carillón inimitable se compone de 35 campanas.
