Les Cabannes en idioma francés, Las Cabanas en idioma occitano, es una localidad cabecera del Cantón y comuna francesa en la región de Mediodía-Pirineos, departamento francés del Ariège, en el distrito de Foix. Situada en los Pirineos franceses.
La comuna de Cabannes está situada en el valle del Río Ariège, al lado de la carretera que va hacia el Principado de Andorra .
