Port-des-Barques es una población y comuna francesa, situada en la región de Poitou-Charentes, departamento de Charente Marítimo, en el distrito de Rochefort y cantón de Saint-Agnant. Se encuentra en la orilla sur de la desembocadura del río Charente.
Se creó el 19 de septiembre de 1947 a partir de un pueblo situado en el territorio de la comuna de Saint-Nazaire-sur-Charente. La isla Madame, a la que se puede acceder por tierra a marea baja, pertenece al municipio de Port-des-Barques.
