El Naufragio del Droits de l'Homme, en inglés Action of 13 January 1797, es la conclusión de una batalla naval entre un buque de línea francés y dos fragatas británicas frente a las costas de Bretaña durante las guerras de la Revolución Francesa. Durante esta batalla, que tuvo lugar con mal tiempo, el barco francés encalló en bancos de arena, lo que provocó la muerte de 250 a 400 de los 1300 marineros a bordo.[1] La fragata inglesa HMS Amazon también se perdió durante la batalla, encallando en un banco de arena.
