En Cap Ferret, es un antiguo teatro transformado en hotel restaurante que ha conservado un gran encanto. Aquí, puede cenar bajo la gran veranda forrada de hortensias y rosas antiguas. La casa, abierta sólo por la noche, ofrece una carta, un menú a la carta y un menú infantil. Al chef le gusta trabajar con lubina, dorada y rape, pero también con ternera, cordero y pato. La carta da protagonismo al marisco: lubina a la plancha con piperrada, rape y vieiras en brocheta, bacalao asado y otros pescados simplemente escalfados, según la inspiración del chef y el mercado del día.
