Enclavada en un entorno verde, la ubicación preservada de esta casa de piedra le permite estar a pocos minutos del corazón histórico de Sarlat, en la salida oeste de Sarlat en dirección a los más bellos lugares turísticos y los principales sitios de los valles de Dordoña y Vézère (castillos de Castelnaud y Beynac, Domme, La Roque Gageac, las cuevas de Lascaux, etc...).
Esta casa es un antiguo molino, está rodeado por un arroyo muy poco profundo con un pequeño puente de madera, y espacios íntimos.
Esta casa tiene cuatro habitaciones para ocho personas. Piscina privada climatizada.
