Inaugurado en 1979, el Museo de la Mina de Aubin retrata la historia del yacimiento de carbón de Decazeville a través de 3 salas. Acompañados por un guía, descubrirán a los hombres en el origen de la revolución industrial, los grandes acontecimientos de estos 150 años de minería y siderurgia, la realidad de las condiciones de trabajo de los mineros, los diferentes empleos que tenían los hombres, las mujeres y a veces incluso los niños, y cómo lucharon muchas veces para obtener derechos. El equipamiento tradicional de los mineros, numerosas herramientas, banderas y estandartes corporativos, documentos de archivo y una atractiva museografía le invitan a revivir esta gran epopeya industrial que terminará con la simulación de una huelga de petardos... ¡Emociones garantizadas!
