Luma Arles es un complejo cultural y artístico, iniciado por la Fundación Luma de Maja Hoffmann en Arles, Francia. Luma Arles, que se lanzó oficialmente en 2013, tiene como objetivo ofrecer a los artistas la oportunidad de experimentar en la producción de nuevas obras a través de la colaboración interdisciplinaria con otros artistas, curadores, académicos, innovadores y el público. El centro cultural interdisciplinario LUMA Arles se propone ser un laboratorio de ideas para la cultura y la ecología. La arquitectura, el arte, la investigación y la protección del medio ambiente están interconectados aquí. En un laboratorio de investigación propio, los empleados buscan recursos locales para desarrollar nuevos materiales que sean menos perjudiciales para el medio ambiente.
