Realice una visita guiada al molino y conozca los diferentes tipos de madera utilizados en el techo giratorio y la producción de harina de "piedra de molino". Al lado, se encuentra la casa del molinero, donde se le explica mediante vídeos el trabajo de los cosechadores a la antigua usanza y el funcionamiento del molino, y donde puede comprar harina.
El emplazamiento del molino en la colina del Grand Puy es un lugar agradable para un aperitivo al atardecer o un picnic familiar.
La sala del molinero le da la bienvenida para sus recepciones y grandes eventos.
