Tres campañas de obras han marcado la construcción de la iglesia de Nant: la primera se centró en el ábside, los absidiolos y el transepto, la segunda sobre la nave, la tercera en el macizo occidental. El estudio de la arquitectura pone de relieve el desarrollo de estas campañas de este a oeste. Inicio de la parte más antigua, en torno a 1070, (ábside y transepto), y tras una corta interrupción, edificación de los muros de la nave en los años 1080-1090 - y la posterior construcción del macizo occidental y el abovedado de la nave después de 1140-1150.
