La residencia era originalmente una borie y pertenecía al señorío de Champcevinel, al cabildo de la catedral de Périgueux. El edificio está rodeado por un recinto, cuyas esquinas están reforzadas en el lado este por torres cuadradas de vigilancia, rematadas en forma de pirámide, que sobresalen de las matacanes. Data del siglo XV y algunas partes del XVII. El edificio principal fue restaurado en el siglo XIX. Al oeste, en medio del prado, hay un palomar circular, fechado en 1661. En los jardines, al sur, se construyó en el siglo XIX una pequeña capilla sepulcral de planta alargada.
Propiedad privada. Visita libre al aire libre. Posibilidad de pasear en poni por la finca, previo pago e inscripción en el Etrier Périgourdin en el 06 70 14 41 24.
