Situada en la calle Louvet, una pequeña calle peatonal de Beauvais entre la plaza Jeanne Hachette y la plaza del mercado, frente a la vinoteca, la pescadería y la mercería, Le Producteur Local es una tienda cooperativa en la que una treintena de productores ofrecen diversos productos alimentarios (frutas y verduras, pan, carne, productos lácteos, comestibles, cervezas y zumos, etc.) Los ingresos de la venta se destinan a cada productor, que comparte los costes de la tienda. En otras palabras, se encuentran productos locales (150 km alrededor de Beauvais), a un precio justo y remunerador para el productor.
