Estamos en la cuenca de Arcachon, cerca del parque ornitológico, en el parque natural de las Landas de Gascoña, cerca de Arcachon, de la Duna de Pyla y del Lago de Cazaux. Se puede acceder a Cap Ferret en barco, y a Burdeos o Arcachon en tren. Podrá practicar piragüismo, kayak, golf, equitación, vela, ciclismo (gracias a los innumerables carriles bici) y senderismo.. La propiedad ocupa tres hectáreas, rodeada de un bosque con cuatro caballos, ovejas y gallinas. Es el refugio familiar ideal, que ofrece paz y tranquilidad para los amantes de la naturaleza.
