Agradable casa en una tranquila residencia situada entre el lago y el océano, al borde del campo de golf de Ardilouze.
La habitación principal se abre a una terraza soleada durante toda la tarde, con vistas al bosque de pinos y al campo de golf, donde podrá relajarse.
Los carriles bici están cerca y le llevan al mar en 15 minutos (5 minutos en coche), así como al Moutchic (lago de Lacanau).
La residencia dispone de un amplio aparcamiento colectivo.
La piscina colectiva segura está abierta desde mediados de junio hasta mediados de septiembre. Consta de una piscina de 12mx5m y una piscina infantil.
