Al inicio de varias rutas de senderismo, el vivac de Saint-Méard ofrece numerosos servicios gratuitos a senderistas, ciclistas de montaña, jinetes y cicloturistas. En el lugar, encontrará: un gran refugio para comer y dormir en seco, puntos de agua potable, taquillas de seguridad, tomas de corriente para recargar su equipo, una ducha solar, aseos secos, mesas de picnic, una barbacoa, contenedores de reciclaje, juegos infantiles, barras de amarre para caballos y acceso a una pequeña zona de pastoreo. Situada en Le Rouvereau, esta zona de vivac tiene todo lo necesario para relajarse y descansar después de la caminata.
